5. Now you can polypaint directly on the UV layout. In Figure 5-24, I have started to paint the base colors for a bruised eye.

6. In the Tool ⇒ Texture Map subpalette, click the New From Polypaint button to add the black eye to the already selected texture. As Figure 5-25 shows, the black eye is added to the original paint job.
